The IFDA Richmond Chapter is excited to welcome Tobi Fairley as this year’s Day of Design featured speaker. Traditional Home Magazine predicts “Tobi will be like Cher or Oprah- of those women for whom one name says it all”.

Selected as one of Traditional Home’s Top 20 Young Designers in America, Tobi Fairley has a signature look that is fresh and simple combining colorful, large scale prints with classic furniture styles for a beautiful and functional result. Tobi’s work was featured here in Richmond during the 2010 Richmond Symphony Designer Show House. That space was recently featured in Traditional Home Magazine (April 2010).

Day of Design will be held at noon on September 27, 2012 on the grounds of the beautiful Pinifer Park, the location of the 2012 Richmond Symphony Orchestra League Designer Show House. We will be featuring a lovely champagne lunch overlook the beautiful grounds of this spectacular property.

Guests will also receive a discount on tour rates for the Richmond Symphony Designer Show House. You may stay and tour the house that afternoon or return anytime before the Show House closes on October 8, 2012. What a great day to enjoy with friends – filled with good wine, tasty food and inspiration for your own home design projects.
